Loyalty points

You earn points for every order you place from your Strefa Kostek account. Convert them into a discount code and pay less on your next purchases.

How do I use my points?

  1. Order from your accountPoints are collected on your account, so log in before you place your order.
  2. Wait for shippingYour points become available once the order status changes to "Shipped".
  3. Convert points into a codeIn "My loyalty points", click "Convert to a discount code". The code will appear right below.
  4. Enter the code in your cartWhen placing your next order, enter the code in the discount code field. The discount will be deducted from the value of the products.

Good to know

How long is a discount code valid?
One year from when it is generated. Each code is single-use and linked to your account. You can also find it in the My vouchers section.

What happens to points I don't convert?
Points from an order expire 60 days after the order was placed. Convert them into a code before then, and the code will stay valid for another year.

Do I get points for products on sale?
Yes, we also award points for discounted products.

What happens to my points if an order is cancelled?
Points from a cancelled order are forfeited. If we remove some products from an order, we will deduct the points awarded for those products.

Can I combine points with Klub SK?
Yes. The Club gives you free delivery from 50 zł, and you collect points independently of it.
