These days most people learn to solve from videos, but when you have the cube in your hands, it's more convenient to keep a cheat sheet nearby instead of searching for the right moment in a recording. In this category you'll find printed cube guides: a pocket-sized QiYi booklet with instructions for many puzzles and Z-Cube cards with algorithms for the CFOP method on the 3x3 cube. They don't cost much, so they're easy to add to your order together with a new cube.
CFOP, also known as the Fridrich method, is the method most speedcubers use on the 3x3. After solving the cross (Cross), you insert corner-edge pairs (F2L, the first two layers). Then you orient the last layer (OLL, 57 cases) and permute its pieces (PLL, 21 cases). Memorizing that many algorithms takes quite a while, which is why a cheat sheet you can check during practice comes in handy.
Z-Cube CFOP Card is a set of three cards. Each card covers one stage of the method: F2L, OLL or PLL. The cases are laid out on both sides, and the cards are roughly the size of a payment card, so they'll fit in your wallet or in a cube box. Two versions are available:
The cards are useful for anyone who can already solve the cube with the beginner's method and is moving on to full CFOP. Each card shows many cases at once, so it's worth knowing standard move notation (R, U, F and so on). Without it, the algorithms will be hard to read.
QiYi Poradnik do kostek is a small booklet with solving instructions for many puzzles, including ones less typical than classic NxN cubes. It's a good fit for anyone who collects different puzzles and wants to have the solutions in one place. You'll find the full list of covered puzzles on the product page. The guide is not in Polish, and the instructions rely mainly on algorithm notation. So beginners who don't know notation should expect to spend some time getting used to it at first.
Choose the CFOP cards if you practice speedsolving the 3x3 and want to master F2L, OLL and PLL algorithms. The QiYi guide is more useful if you have a variety of puzzles in your collection and need basic solutions for each of them. Neither of these products will replace your own practice, but they make it easier to review algorithms and look them up without a phone in your hand.
