Sbego fingerboards are miniature skateboards with metal trucks and replaceable wheels. You can buy them individually in a box or in sets with a ramp course, a stand, or in a longboard version. They're a good choice for getting started with fingerboarding and as a gift.

Sbego is a brand of fingerboards, miniature skateboards you ride with two fingers instead of your feet. At Strefa Kostek, Sbego fingerboards come in several versions, from a single board in a box to sets with several boards, a ramp course or a stand. Many cubers pick up a fingerboard as a break from cubing. It's another hands-on hobby where finger precision counts, and you repeat a move patiently until the trick starts to land.

Sbego fingerboards: what they are and how they're built

A Sbego fingerboard is built like a real skateboard, just in mini scale. It has a deck with a graphic, metal trucks (the axle assembly) and wheels. The classic boards from this brand are about 96 mm long, which is a typical fingerboard size. The trucks and wheels are screwed on, so you can remove them, swap them or tighten them. Some sets include small tools and spare parts. You can check exactly what's included in each set on the product page.

Who Sbego fingerboards are for

These are affordable sets for people who are just starting out with fingerboarding. They also make a good gift for a child who likes skateboards or needs something to keep their hands busy. You can easily practise your first simple tricks on them, such as the ollie or kickflip. If you get hooked on fingerboarding for longer, you'll usually look for more specialised components over time, such as wooden decks or bearing wheels. You don't need them to get started, though. The sets contain small parts, so they're not suitable for the youngest children. The recommended age is given on the packaging or the product page.
