SBEGO Fingerboard Longboard Set + Accessories

SBEGO Fingerboard Longboard Set with Accessories

This set is an SBEGO fingerboard shaped like a longboard, a longer type of skateboard. Real longboards are mostly ridden fast and over longer distances. The board is about 12 cm long and replicates a full-size skateboard at a scale of roughly 1:8. The set also includes spare parts and a tool, so you can swap or tighten the wheels right after unboxing.

The board graphic is random. Each set comes with a different combination of graphics, and you can't choose a specific design.

How it's made
The board is made of plastic, and some of its parts are metal. The top is covered with an abrasive surface, just like grip tape on a regular skateboard. This keeps your fingers from slipping as much and makes it easier to control the board during ollies, flips and other tricks. SBEGO fingerboards are well made for their class and are a good choice for learning basic tricks.

The longboard is longer than a typical fingerboard, so it handles a bit differently. The longer deck feels steadier during rolls and manuals. For flips, you'll need to get used to spreading your fingers wider.

What is fingerboarding?
A fingerboard is a miniature skateboard on which you use your fingers to do the same tricks as on a full-size board. Fingerboarding doesn't need much space or equipment, and people of all ages can enjoy it. The first miniatures like this appeared in the late 1960s and for a long time were mainly key chains or decorations. In the 1980s, people started doing the first tricks on them, and a few years later fingerboarding became a discipline of its own.
