Bags and cases for puzzle cubes

Cubes kept loose in a drawer or at the bottom of a backpack quickly collect dust, scratches and marks from other items. On top of that, you have to hunt for them before practice or a competition. In this category you'll find cases, bags and backpacks for puzzle cubes. Some are for storing your collection at home, others for carrying your cubes to practice, cubing meetups and competitions.

Storage cases with a handle

The transparent cases with a handle come in four sizes: for 8, 9, 16 and 22 cubes. You can see what's inside through the plastic, and the handle makes them easy to carry. The smallest case measures 85 x 135 x 245 mm and the largest 400 x 298 x 85 mm. The number in the name refers to standard 3x3x3 cubes. Other puzzles will fit too, but fewer larger cubes such as 4x4, 5x5 or Megaminx will fit. It's a simple way to organize your collection: you can keep your 3x3 models in one case and other types of puzzles in another.

Bags and pouches for a few cubes

For everyday use, a few cubes, some lube and small accessories are usually enough. That's what the smaller MoYu and QiYi bags and the QiYi Chest Bag, a pouch worn on the front, are for. The MoYu Multi Function Pack is a cube-shaped shoulder bag for cubes and accessories. Bags like these take up less space than a backpack, and your cubes don't knock against other things.

Backpacks for speedcubers

For a full-day trip, school or a competition, a backpack that holds other things alongside your cubes comes in handy. Cube manufacturers offer backpacks too: MoYu, MoFangGe, GAN (GAN BackPack) and QiYi (QiYi Forever Backpack). The models differ in design and pocket layout, so check the description of the specific backpack before you buy. For a bigger set of cubes, there's also a cube suitcase.

• Collection at home: a case with a handle, sized to the number of cubes you have. For larger puzzles, choose a size with some extra room.
• Practice and short trips: a bag or pouch for a few cubes and accessories.
• Competitions, school, travel: a backpack that fits your cubes and everyday items together.
