3.5 mm MiniJack Splitter for Timer

This splitter lets you connect a timer to a laptop that has only one 3.5 mm headphone/microphone jack, or to a phone. The computer reads the signal from the timer through the microphone input, and on these devices that input shares a single jack with the headphone output. The splitter separates them into two individual jacks: microphone and headphone.

Plug the splitter into your laptop or phone. Connect the timer cable to the jack with the microphone icon. Then start a browser-based timer, e.g. our Timer on strefakostek.pl or csTimer. The time stopped on the timer appears on the screen right away and is saved in your session, with no manual entry.

- Works with timers that have a Stackmat-compatible connector: SpeedStacks Gen 4 and Gen 5, QiYi, Sengso and others.
- For laptops with a single combo jack and phones with a 3.5 mm jack. For a phone with USB-C, you need a USB-C → jack adapter that supports a microphone.
- No drivers or software to install.
- The timer data cable is sold separately.

Tip: if times are not being read, lower the microphone input volume (in Windows, set the boost to 0 dB).
