3x3x3 Cube 3cm MiNi

A classic 3x3x3 cube in a miniature size: each side measures 30 mm, so it is roughly half the size of a standard speedcube. It fits in a pocket, a pencil case or a small backpack compartment and weighs just a dozen or so grams. This is a simple, affordable cube with a black body and stickers. We see it as a gadget and a collection piece, not as training equipment.

How does the 3cm mini cube turn?

To be honest, this is not a speedcube. With such small pieces the mechanism has very little room, so turning is noticeably heavier than on a full-size cube. Corner cutting is limited, and lockups appear quickly if the layers are not aligned precisely. You can solve it at a relaxed pace, but fast turning and high TPS are out of the question. It also has no tension adjustment or compression. Customers who left reviews point out the same thing: the cube looks nice and is handy, but it "doesn't turn very well".

The stickers are neatly cut and look good on the black plastic. With frequent solving, however, they may wear over time, as they are regular stickers without any extra protection.

Who is it for?

• Collectors who collect different sizes and variants of the 3x3.
• A small gift or an add-on to your order, e.g. for a child who enjoys little puzzles.
• Your pocket, so you have something to twist while waiting in line or during a break, without expecting fast solving.

The mini cube is not suitable for learning speedsolving or for timed solves. For that, a regular magnetic 3x3 of around 55-56 mm is a better choice.
