How is it different from a regular 4x4 cube?

Here, every piece shows a different part of the map, so the centers have to end up in exactly the right spot and facing the right way. You solve it much like a supercube. If you already know the reduction method, you'll also need to keep track of center position and orientation. Instead of colors, you find your way by the shapes of continents and flags.
