This puzzle works like a Megaminx but is shaped like a ball. The Traiphum Megaminx Ball from Calvin's Puzzle has 12 faces and the same piece layout as a classic Megaminx. Only the outer surfaces are rounded. It was designed by Traiphum Prungtaengikt. This version has a metallized gold body (Metallized Gold) and a set of stickers in 12 colors. The colored metallized versions were released as a limited edition.

You apply the stickers yourself

The ball arrives without stickers, so you need to apply them yourself. This takes a while, because the ball has quite a lot of small fields. It's best to work slowly and carefully. Buyers point out that the small stickers peel off fairly easily. If you use the puzzle a lot, keep this in mind and handle it more gently than a stickerless cube.
