A smart 3x3 cube built on the GAN 12 mechanism, with Bluetooth and support for the GAN CubeStation app. It runs for about 15 hours on a single charge and features replaceable magnets, tension adjustment and a UV coating. The Charge Stand version charges on a station connected with a USB-C cable, without the portable PowerPod.

GAN 12 ui Free Play is a smart 3x3 cube built on the mechanism of the flagship GAN 12. Inside, it has motion sensors and Bluetooth connectivity, so the app on your phone records every turn in real time. The Charge Stand version charges on a station connected with a USB-C cable. It doesn't come with the portable battery case (PowerPod), but the cube runs for about 15 hours on a single charge.
According to reviewers, once set up, the cube feels very similar to the regular GAN 12. It is light and on the fast side, with corner cutting of over 45 degrees forward and reverse corner cutting of roughly one layer. Auto-alignment is noticeable, but weaker than in the regular GAN 12. Some users find the cube too tight and somewhat sandy out of the box. Loosening the tension and applying lube often helps. If you prefer a slower cube, you can use a thicker lube.
Tension and center travel are set using GAN's numerical system. The corner magnets are replaceable, so you can change the magnet strength. According to the manufacturer, the cube has 64 magnets, including magnets between the corners and the core. The surface has a UV Coated finish, which makes it glossy and grippy.
The cube and its mechanism are identical in both versions. The only difference is how they charge. The PowerPod is a portable battery case that lets you charge the cube several times without access to a power outlet. The Charge Stand is a desk station that needs to be plugged in with a cable. If you mainly use the cube at home, the stand is all you need.
For cubers who want to practice with detailed solve analysis without giving up a cube with flagship performance. It's also a great choice for beginners and kids, as the app guides you through learning to solve step by step. If you don't need the smart features, you'll get the same training performance for less with the regular GAN 12.

Sama kostka jest bardzo dobra. Po wyregulowaniu i nasmarowaniu układa się świetnie. Problem z z zasilaniem.
Aplikacja cubestation to największe gówno jakie mój telefon widział.
Strona cstimer.net/new (wersja beta) działa za każdym razem.
