GAN 356 RS2 is a non-magnetic 3x3 cube from GAN and the newer version of the 356 RS. It features the GES Pro+ adjustment system, which lets you set compression (3 levels) and tension (4 levels) separately, plus the Wing-shaped Core 2.0. It's light, fast and affordable, making it a great choice for learning to solve.
GAN 356 RS2 is a budget 3x3 cube from GAN and the newer version of the 356 RS. It has no magnets. Instead, it brings features known from the brand's more expensive cubes: the GES Pro+ adjustment system, the Wing-shaped Core 2.0 and pieces with a honeycomb pattern. It's a sensible choice if you want to get to know the typical GAN feel with your first speedcube without spending a lot of money.
You'll notice the lack of magnets right away. The cube is light and fast, but the layers don't "snap" into place on their own, so you need more precise turning to keep it stable. Reviewers praise its smooth feel and good corner cutting for this price range. Some also note that the cube can feel unstable out of the box and may catch. Setting up the adjustment and lubing the cube usually helps. Some users also report lockups after popping.
Compared to the original RS, the biggest change is the adjustment. On the RS2, compression and tension are set independently by turning numbered nuts with a tool. You don't need to swap any parts.
The Wing-shaped Core 2.0 is also used in GAN's newer models, including the 356 ME. The honeycomb pattern on the inner surfaces of the pieces helps keep the lube where it should be, so the cube turns consistently for longer. According to available descriptions, the outer surface is frosted, so minor scratches are less visible.
For learning to solve, for a child, or for a cuber who prefers non-magnetic cubes. The RS2 also works well as a "backpack" cube that you won't mind carrying around. For timed practice, however, most people choose a magnetic cube. Magnets noticeably improve stability, and you can find cheap magnetic models for similar money.

Cena

Mega fajna kostka
Kostkę kupiłam rok temu i trzyma się dobrze. Polecam początkującym speedcuber’om którzy szukają czegoś szybkiego i dobrze ścinającego zakręty. Choć ja szukam już czegoś lepszego to naprawdę była to dla mnie bardzo dobra kostka.
