Mini Scraper 1.5'' Blade

Mini Scraper 1.5'' is a small scraper with a 1.5-inch-wide blade. Use it for removing stickers from cubes and prying pieces apart. It comes in handy when you want to replace worn stickers, change the color scheme, or get inside a puzzle. The blade slips under the edge of a sticker that you can't catch with your fingernail.

What you can use the sticker scraper for

• Replacing stickers. Old, scratched, or peeling stickers come off faster than when you lift them with a fingernail or a knife.
• Prying pieces apart. You can slide the blade into a gap, e.g. to remove a center cap or to pry a piece out when you take a cube apart to lube it or replace parts.
• Small jobs on other puzzles. On a stickered Pyraminx, Skewb, or Megaminx, you remove the stickers the same way as on a 3x3.

How to use it

Hold the blade at a low angle to the face and start at a corner of the sticker. This makes it easier to lift just the sticker without digging into the plastic. Under the blade, the sticker edge usually comes off in one piece. Some adhesive may remain on the plastic. Remove it before applying a new set, otherwise the new stickers may sit crooked and peel off sooner. Don't use much force when prying pieces apart, as thin clips can break easily.

The scraper is flat and fits in your hand, so you can keep it together with your lubes and tension adjustment key. That way, you have everything at hand when servicing your cubes.

Safety

Mini Scraper is a bladed tool, not a toy. If a child uses it, an adult should be present. After use, put the scraper away in a safe place.
