Monster Go Cloud v3 3x3x3 is a training cube from Monster Go, the brand GAN created for people who are learning to solve. A classic cube has six colors, but the Cloud has only two: white pieces, with the rest in a single color, either blue or pink. There is just one task: solve the white face. This puts a first solve within reach of even a young child who doesn't know any algorithms yet.

How the Cloud training cube works

All the attention is on the white pieces. You solve the cube intuitively, without memorized move sequences. Along the way, your child learns how the layers move and how corners, edges and centers differ. Every beginner method builds on exactly this knowledge. The other pieces are all one color, so there is nothing to distract you and no need to worry that the rest of the cube is "scrambled".

The Cloud is part of the Monster Go training cube series. The series also includes the UT (for learning the first layer) and the Rainbow, and the final step is a regular 3x3 cube. This lets you progress step by step from the simplest task to a full solve instead of starting straight away with a six-color cube.

Who is it for?

Mainly for kids and adults who are starting from scratch or got discouraged by a classic cube. It also works well as a teaching aid for parents or teachers who want to explain the principles of solving step by step. If you can already solve the first layer, the Cloud won't teach you much new, and you should go for a regular 3x3 cube. This is not a cube for speedcubing or timed solves. Its purpose is learning.

Blue or Pink?

Both versions work the same way. The only difference is the color of the non-white pieces. The choice is a matter of taste.
