MoYu CH Weilong WRM 2021 Enhanced
The spring-based MoYu WeiLong WRM 2021 (without MagLev) with a Cubers Home modification: in addition to the standard magnets, it has magnets in the core and in the corner feet, which make it slightly more stable. Magnet strength, spring tension and compression are adjustable.
MoYu CH Weilong WRM 2021 Enhanced
MoYu CH WeiLong WRM 2021 Enhanced is the WRM 2021 with core magnets.This is the MoYu WeiLong WR M 2021 3x3 cube, modified by Cubers Home as part of the Project Core Magnets series. It is based on the classic spring version, without MagLev. You can think of it as a simpler alternative to the WR M MagLev with extra magnets.
What does the Enhanced version change?
The standard WRM 2021 has magnets between the edges and the corners. Cubers Home added a second set: magnets in the core and in the corner feet. You'll find a similar corner-core layout in the GAN 11 M Pro. As a result, the magnetic pull is more even across the whole cube, and the layers are more eager to settle into place on their own. The difference in stability is noticeable but not drastic. The cube still feels like a WRM 2021, it just turns a little more calmly.How it turns
The turning is close to the WR M MagLev, but here you get the traditional screw and spring system, so the feel is more classic. Reviewers describe it as smooth and fairly quiet, with turns slightly heavier than on the standard WRM 2021. If you like very light, fast turning, you can loosen the screws or lower the magnet strength. As this is a modified cube, there may be small traces of glue or scratches on the surface, because the magnets are fitted by hand.Adjustment
You can adjust three things: magnet strength (5 levels, as in the WRM 2021), spring tension with a special key, and compression with the screws. This gives you plenty of options to set the cube up more for speed or more for control.Who is it for?
For cubers who like the WRM 2021 but prefer a stronger, more "together" magnetic feel. It's also a good choice if you want to try core magnets without paying extra for the MagLev version. The cube is legal for official competitions.Specifications
