A set of two non-magnetic cubes from the budget MeiLong series by MoFang JiaoShi (MoYu): a 2x2 and a 3x3. Both turn smoothly straight out of the box, with no lube needed. A great set to start learning to solve. Available in Black or Stickerless Bright.
The MoYu MeiLong 2x2 + 3x3 Set includes two budget speed cubes from the MeiLong series: a 2x2 and a 3x3. They are made by MoFang JiaoShi (MFJS), MoYu's more affordable brand from the Cubing Classroom series. Both cubes are non-magnetic. This set makes sense as a starting point, because you can learn to solve the two most popular cubes right away and compare how they differ.
The MeiLong 3x3 turns fast and smoothly straight out of the box. You don't need to lube it to get started. It has a matte (frosted) finish and a fairly clean, smooth feel. The mechanism is stable and forgiving, which is why this cube has been recommended as a first 3x3 for years. The MeiLong 2x2 is very light and loose when turning. Corner cutting is decent, although with less precise turning you may occasionally get a lockup.
Neither cube has magnets, so the layers don't snap into place on their own. When solving fast, overshooting happens more easily and you need to finish your moves more precisely. This isn't a problem when you're just starting to learn. It only becomes an issue once you start pushing your TPS hard.
The MeiLong series also comes in magnetic versions, marked with the letter M. Magnets help the layers align, which makes the cube more predictable during fast solving. A set of non-magnetic cubes works well for learning your first method and for casual solving. If you already solve regularly and want to improve your times, you'll usually be better off with the M versions.
As first cubes for a child or for an adult who is just starting out. The set is also handy as a spare set for school, for travel or for cubing classes. An experienced speedcuber looking for a competition cube will probably choose a magnetic model.

za tą cenę nie można się spodziewać cudów, kostki są szybkie ale ze słabego plastiku, lekkie i bardzo luźne po wyjęciu z pudełka. Na pierwsze kostki do zaczynania układania będą okej bo zestaw jest dość tani
