QiYi M Pro 3x3x3 is an affordable magnetic spring cube with manual compression adjustment that you can change without tools. It measures 55.5 mm and has a smooth, fast feel right out of the box. Available in Black and Stickerless Bright.

QiYi M Pro 3x3x3 is an affordable magnetic speed cube. It features manual, tool-free compression adjustment, so you can change the setup at any time, even when you're away from home. This is the basic M Pro version: magnetic, with classic springs, no MagLev, no Ball-Core and no UV coating. It comes in two colour versions: Black and Stickerless Bright.
Users describe the M Pro as fast right out of the box. It has a smooth feel, and middle layer (M slice) turns are light, which Roux solvers will appreciate. Some people also use it for OH. The cube measures 55.5 mm, so it is slightly smaller than a typical 56-57 mm 3x3. If you have large hands, it may take a moment to get used to. The magnets help the layers settle into place and reduce accidental turns, so solving feels much more stable than on a non-magnetic cube.
This is a budget cube. It is well made, but it lacks the advanced features of more expensive models and doesn't offer as many customization options. For the price, however, you get magnets and convenient adjustment, which many cheap cubes lack.
Spring compression is adjusted by hand, without a tool and without taking the cube apart. A looser setting gives lighter, faster turning. A tighter one increases control and reduces the risk of overshooting. Classic tension adjustment with screws is still available after removing the center caps.
The M Pro series also comes in a MagLev version, with magnets instead of springs, and a Ball-Core MagLev UV version with magnets in the core and a glossy coating. There are also Elite and Art variants with tiles on a black body, and later generations have appeared as well: V2 and V3. This variant is the basic spring version, a good choice if you want to switch to a magnetic cube cheaply without paying extra for MagLev or Ball-Core.
It's a great first magnetic cube for a beginner or a child who has already mastered the basics. It also works well as an inexpensive backup cube or one to carry with you. A speedcuber looking for a cube for strong, fine-tuned setups should rather consider the Ball-Core versions or higher-end models.
