Unlock Metal Puzzle 8pcs by Zcube is a set of eight "unlock" metal puzzles. Each one is made of interlocked metal pieces. Your task is to separate them and then put them back together. There are no colors, layers or algorithms like on a 3x3 cube. What counts is careful observation and finding the one position in which the pieces can be released.

How it works

You can't solve puzzles like these by force. If the pieces won't come apart, it almost always means you are holding them at the wrong angle or have missed a move. The solution usually comes when you slow down and closely follow where the wire passes. Putting the puzzle back together can be a challenge of its own, because you have to repeat the same moves in reverse order.

The set includes eight different puzzles, so once you solve one, there are several more waiting. This makes the set a great fit for families or groups, as several people can work on different puzzles at the same time.

It's a good choice for anyone who enjoys logic puzzles and wants to take a break from cubing now and then. The puzzles are small and light, so they are easy to take with you when travelling.
