YJ Heart tiled 3x3x3 in money box

A 3x3 cube from YJ (YongJun) that uses colorful heart-shaped tiles set into the pieces instead of stickers. The YJ Heart tiled 3x3x3 looks different from a regular cube, but you solve it exactly like a classic 3x3. All the methods and algorithms you know work without any changes. The "in money box" version comes in money box packaging. In our shop it is available with black plastic.

Tiles instead of stickers

The colored faces are separate tiles inset into the pieces, not stickers. A tile won't peel off or wear at the corners the way a sticker can. That matters if the cube is often passed from hand to hand or belongs to a child. The hearts on a black background make the cube stand out right away, so it also looks great as a decoration on a desk or shelf.

How it turns

The Heart tiled is above all a cube "for the eye" and for relaxed, casual solving. It is not a model built for fast times. At 61 mm it is noticeably larger than typical 3x3 speed cubes (usually around 56-57 mm), and you feel the difference in your hands right away. For timed practice, high TPS and reliable corner cutting, choose a speed cube instead, ideally a magnetic one.

Who is it for?

Above all, it makes a great gift: for Valentine's Day, for someone close to you who solves cubes, or for a child who loves puzzles. Collectors of unusual 3x3 cubes will enjoy it too. YJ also makes a cube in the same style with diamond-shaped tiles, so the Heart is a nice addition to such a collection. If you are just starting out and want to improve your times quickly, get a simple speed cube first and treat the Heart as an extra.
