YJ YuSu 4x4x4 Magnetic

YJ YuSu 4x4x4 Magnetic is an affordable magnetic 4x4 cube from YJ (YongJun), released in 2019. Online you may also find it as the YuSu V2 M. It is a refreshed version of the earlier YuSu: YJ redesigned the mechanism and added factory-installed magnets. This cube doesn't compete with flagship 4x4s, but it's a sensible choice if you want a magnetic 4x4 without spending a lot.

How it turns

Turning is light and smooth, and turning resistance is low, so you don't need to push the cube hard to get it going. Corner cutting and stability are decent for this price range. You may notice occasional catching, so the feel isn't as fluid as in more expensive models, but at a calm, steady solving pace it rarely gets in the way. A few drops of lube noticeably improve smoothness.

Magnets in the YJ YuSu 4x4 cube

The magnets are medium strength and don't overpower the turning. They help the layers align and reduce accidental misalignment, which makes the cube easier to keep under control during inner slice turns. The outer layers have medium-strength magnets, while the double inner layers have stronger ones, which is meant to improve control during moves such as Rw or Uw. The cube has adjustment screws, so you can set the tension to suit your style.

Who is it for?

For people starting out with 4x4 who want a magnetic cube right away, and for cubers looking for a budget 4x4 for practice or as a spare. A parent buying a child their first 4x4 after mastering the 3x3 gets a proven model that is light to turn. If you're aiming for high TPS and fighting for every second, a more expensive cube with more advanced tension adjustment will serve you better.

Jak dla mnie kostka rewelacja! Tylko jeden mankament. Właśnie ją rozbieram żeby na oliwić i poluzować.

YJ YuSu 4x4x4 Magnetic

Polecam.

Fajna czwórka
Dobra czwórka na początek. Fajnie się na niej układa. Magnesy wyczuwalne i nie za mocne. Zachęcam do zakupu jeżeli szukasz taniej i fajnej kostki tego typu.
