YuXin Cube 11x11x11 is a big cube from YuXin in a classic version: stickered, with clearly rounded (pillowed) faces. This shape helps when turning such a large cube. It is an older model that came onto the market around 2018. You can choose from three body colors: yellow, orange or green.

Solving

The 11x11 cube has more than 600 visible pieces, and solving it takes a lot of time. The method is the same as for other big cubes: centers first, then edges, and finally solving it like a 3x3 cube, with possible parities. If you solve 4x4 and 5x5, you can apply the techniques you already know, but the number of moves is many times greater.

What to expect

This is an older-generation design and it has no magnets. User opinions are mixed: some people find the turning noticeably worse than on newer 11x11 cubes. Before your first longer solve, it is worth lubing the cube and breaking it in gently. With heavy use, the stickers may wear over time, as on any stickered cube.

Who is it for?

Mainly for people who want an affordable big cube for their collection or as a challenge to solve without time pressure. The colored body makes it stand out on the shelf. If fast solving matters to you, choose a newer model from the YuXin HuangLong series or a magnetic cube. For your first big cube, a smaller size such as 5x5 or 7x7 will also be a better choice.
