YuXin Tournament Display

A large display that connects to your timer and shows the solve time so that the judge, spectators and other competitors can all see it. The YuXin Tournament Display is useful wherever a small timer screen is not enough: at local competitions, in clubs and school cubing clubs, during demonstrations, or when recording and streaming solves.

How the YuXin tournament display works

The display does not measure time on its own. It receives the time from the timer through a connection cable and shows the same result you see on the timer screen. That is why the timer must have a data output, i.e. a port for connecting a display or a computer. The simplest and older timers without such a port will not work with it. According to distributors, the display supports typical speedcubing timers. If you have a less common model, check whether it has a data port before you buy.

The display is mains-powered with the cable included in the set, so you don't have to keep an eye on batteries during a full day of competition. You will, however, need a power socket or an extension cord at the station.

Mounting at the station

The set includes a mount that attaches the display to a table or desk. You set it up once at the solving station, with no need to look for an extra stand.

Who is it for?

Mainly for organizers of speedcubing competitions and meetups, clubs, teachers running cubing classes, and anyone who records solves and wants the time to be clearly visible in the frame. You don't need it for regular practice at home, as the timer alone is enough. The set does not include a timer or a mat; you need to buy them separately.
