DianSheng 2-5 Cubes Bundle

DianSheng 2-5 Cubes Bundle is a set of four DianSheng cubes: 2x2, 3x3, 4x4 and 5x5. You buy it once and get all the basic sizes, instead of picking each cube separately. Our shop offers the Stickerless Bright version. The pieces are made of coloured plastic with no stickers, so nothing peels off or wears away, and the bright colours are easy to tell apart.

Four sizes in one set

The set lets you move from smaller cubes to bigger ones in a natural order:

• The 2x2 has only corners. It's great for warming up and for learning your first algorithms.
• The 3x3 is the classic puzzle cube. Most people start with it, and it's the cube you use to learn solving methods such as LBL or CFOP.
• The 4x4 has no fixed centers. You solve it with the reduction method: centers first, then edge pairing, and finally you solve it like a 3x3. The 4x4 also introduces parity, a situation that can't be solved with regular 3x3 moves.
• The 5x5 is solved much like the 4x4, but solves take longer and train good piece tracking (lookahead) and endurance.

Who is it for?

The set makes the most sense for someone who can already solve a 3x3, or is just learning, and wants to try other sizes without spending a lot on flagship models. It also works well as a gift for a child or teenager interested in cubes. Four different puzzles will keep them busy for a long time, and each one teaches something different.

An experienced speedcuber who already has favorite models and a fine-tuned setup will usually pick a specific cube in each size anyway. For them, this set is more of a backup, a learning kit for a family member, or a set of cubes to take on a trip.
