GAN Mosaic Cube 10x10

A cube mosaic set that saves you from buying a hundred cheap 3x3 cubes and figuring out how to line them up afterwards. GAN Mosaic Cube 10x10 includes 100 small GAN328 3x3 cubes and a frame that holds them in an even 10 by 10 grid. Each cube gives you 9 coloured tiles, so the whole picture has 900 "pixels" (30 x 30). Just set the right faces according to a pattern to create a portrait, a logo or pixel art of your own design.

Cubes in the set

The cubes measure approx. 28 mm, so they are half the size of a standard 3x3. They have no magnets and are not designed for speedcubing. They are made for setting colours on their faces and turn smoothly enough for that. Each face has a small GAN logo, but you can hardly see it when looking at the whole mosaic from a normal distance.

Mosaic frame: standing, wall mounting, connecting

• A fold-out stand on the back lets you place the frame on a desk at an angle from 45° to 90°.
• Hanging holes let you hang the finished mosaic on the wall.
• Magnets for connecting frames. You can join several frames into a bigger picture. Only frames of the same size can be connected, so you can't join the 10x10 with the 6x6 version.
• A cube removal key makes it easier to pull single cubes out of their slots when you need to fix part of the picture.

Who is it for?

For cubers who want to make something from cubes for the wall or desk, and for pixel art fans, even if they don't solve against the clock. You don't need to know how to solve a cube to create a mosaic, because you only change the colours on one face. It also works well as a joint project with a child or as a decoration featuring a logo or a character. For larger pictures, it makes more sense to combine several 10x10 sets than 6x6 ones.
