MoYu AI cube charging case – charging case for your smart cube

Cubes from the MoYu AI series have a built-in battery that needs recharging from time to time. The MoYu AI cube charging case is a white case that charges your cube and keeps it safe while you're not using it. There's no need to look for a separate charging station or worry about the cube falling off a stand. Just put it in the case, plug in the cable and you're done.

How it works

MoYu smart cubes charge through contacts in the center caps on one of the faces. Place the cube in the case with that face pointing down, onto the charger's contacts. If charging doesn't start, the cause is almost always the wrong cube orientation, so first check which side it's lying on. The case is powered via a USB-C port. A cable is usually not included, but any USB-C cable will do (e.g. your phone cable) together with a wall charger or a USB port on your computer.

When it comes in handy

• Daily practice with the app. After your session, put the cube back in the case and the battery will be full for your next practice.
• Storage. The closed case protects the cube from dust and from falling off your desk.
• Spare charger. If the original charging station from the set has been lost or damaged, the case can replace it. It can also be kept in a second location, e.g. one charger at home and another at school or at your club.

Who is it for?

The case only makes sense for owners of MoYu AI cubes. It won't be useful for regular magnetic cubes without electronics. If you're buying it for a child who already has a MoYu smart cube, make sure it's a cube that charges through contacts in the center caps.
