SengSo MoSheng Cubic 11x11 Magnetic

MoSheng is a new series of big cubes from ShengShou, released under the SengSo brand. The 11x11 came out in May 2025 together with the 10x10. SengSo MoSheng Cubic 11x11 Magnetic is the magnetic version with a classic cube shape (not pillowed). It comes in a stickerless bright colour scheme. The whole cube measures about 89.5 mm, so each layer is just over 8 mm. For 11 layers, it's a compact big cube that sits comfortably in your hands.

How it turns

Reviews say the turning is smooth for this number of layers, and the factory-installed magnets help the layers settle into place. On a big cube this matters a lot, because lockups here come mainly from layers that are slightly out of line. The magnets give a noticeable "click", so it's easier to stay in control during long stretches of edge pairing and center building. Early user opinions are moderate: the cube is solid, but not outstanding. Don't treat it like a speed cube. Aggressive turning on cubes this size easily leads to catching or even popping, so turn calmly and precisely.

Magnetic or non-magnetic?

The MoSheng 11x11 is also available in a non-magnetic version. The Magnetic version makes it easier to keep the layers aligned, so your moves are more precise and you need to correct layer alignment less often. The non-magnetic version turns more freely, but needs more attention when aligning layers. If you actually want to solve the 11x11, not just keep it in your collection, the magnetic version is more comfortable.

Who is it for?

For people who have already mastered the 6x6 and 7x7 and want a bigger challenge, and for big cube collectors. Solving an 11x11 takes a long time: the cube has 602 visible pieces, and the method is the same as for 4x4–7x7 (centers, edge pairing, 3x3), just with far more pieces. We don't recommend it as a first cube or for a child who is just starting out. The 11x11 is also not a WCA event.
