Speed Stacks Cups

Speed Stacks Cups are a set of 12 original sport stacking cups with a carrying holder you can use to transport and store them. This is the equipment people train on and compete with at tournaments. The set works just as well for your first tries at home as for regular practice before a competition.

What is sport stacking?

Sport stacking (also called speed stacking) is about building up and taking down stacks of cups as fast as possible in set sequences. The sport started in the United States and is still very popular there, and the number of people training it in Poland keeps growing. Kids and teenagers especially love it, because racing against the clock is a lot of fun. Regular stacking trains speed, dexterity and motor coordination, including how well both hands work together.

Original Speed Stacks cups for competitions

Under WSSA rules (World Sport Stacking Association, the international governing body of sport stacking), only Speed Stacks cups may be used for official attempts at competitions. If you are thinking about competing in tournaments, it makes sense to practice from the start on the same equipment you will use at competitions. Cheaper alternatives can slide on and separate differently, so after switching to the original cups you would have to get used to them all over again.

Build quality

The cups are made of durable plastic that handles drops and intensive training well. Their shape is designed for stacking: the cups slide onto each other easily, separate quickly and stand steadily in a stack. The holder included in the set lets you keep all 12 cups together in one column, so nothing gets lost in your backpack or on the way to practice.

Colors

The set is available in several colors: Really Red, Royal Purple, Blue, Neon Orange, Neon Pink, Neon Green and Neon Yellow. The color has no effect on stacking, so choose the one you like best. If you have several sets at home or in a club, different colors also make it easy to tell whose is whose.

About the manufacturer

Speed Stacks was founded in 1998 in the USA and has been making sport stacking equipment for over 20 years. Its founder, PE teacher Bob Fox, started out by introducing cup stacking into his PE classes.
