GAN 356 ME Cube X Pokemon

GAN 356 ME Cube X Pokemon is an official, licensed series from GAN and Pokémon, based on the GAN 356 ME magnetic 3x3 cube. The mechanism comes from the regular 356 ME. What changes is the look: the center piece features Pokémon artwork, the magnet chambers come in theme colors, and the cube arrives in a themed box. The cube has frosted (matte) plastic in a stickerless version.

How it turns

For years, the 356 ME has been one of GAN's most popular budget magnetic cubes. Turning is smooth and controllable, corner cutting is good, and the magnets are medium strength. The layers clearly "click" into place, but the cube doesn't put up much resistance. It's a predictable, forgiving cube, so it's well suited for learning to solve faster. In terms of speed and adjustment range, it falls short of GAN's flagships, such as the MagLev models or those with magnets in the core. If your TPS is already high, you may see it more as a nice addition to your collection than as your main cube.

Technologies

Color versions
