This is the New Year edition of the GAN356 i Carry 4 smart cube, released for 2026, the Year of the Horse. GAN356 i Carry 4 (Year of Horse Edition) is a magnetic 3x3 Bluetooth cube that connects to the CubeStation app. The mechanism and electronics are the same as in the standard i Carry 4. What sets this version apart is its look: it features the Horsie mascot theme, an orange interior, purple magnet capsules and an orange center cap with the logo. The cube is stickerless (bright) and has a matte (frosted) surface.

3x3 smart cube with no charging

The i Carry 4 runs on replaceable button cell batteries, so you never need to charge it. The manufacturer states up to approx. 150 hours of use on one set. You wake the cube up by turning the white face. Moves are tracked by magnetic sensors (zero-loss sensing), and in CubeStation you can time your solves, watch solve replays, follow a beginner course and play online against others. For this edition, GAN adds special skins and an avatar frame in the app.
