QiYi Magnetic Number Sliding Klotski 5x5 is a 5x5 number sliding puzzle. The board has 24 numbered tiles and one empty space. Your task is to slide the tiles so that they end up in order, from the lowest to the highest number. The rules are the same as in the classic 15 puzzle, but the board is bigger, so solving it takes more moves and better planning.

What the magnets do

The tiles are held in place by magnets. Thanks to this, they don't fall out of the frame when you slide them quickly or hold the puzzle at an angle. On cheap sliding puzzles without any stabilization, the pieces often get loose or fall out. Here you can focus on solving, and you can safely toss the puzzle into your backpack.

How to solve it

The most common method is to solve it row by row from the top. The last two rows are solved column by column, from left to right. Beginners usually need some time to finish the end, because it's easy to mess up the tiles you've already placed. A solving guide is included, so even someone trying a sliding puzzle for the first time can handle it. Once you know the method, you can start timing yourself and cutting down your move count.
