Zcube Stackable Cube Box, a case for your 3x3 cube

This is a simple, transparent box from Zcube that holds one 3x3 cube. You can stack the boxes on top of each other. The Stackable Cube Box protects your cube from dust and scratches while keeping it on display. Stack a few boxes and you get a neat pile on your shelf, so your collection isn't left lying around loose.

How it works

The box is made of hard, transparent plastic. You put the cube in and take it out through a hinged flap at the front. This means you don't have to remove a lid or take the stack apart to get one cube out. The top and bottom of the box are shaped so that the boxes stand steadily on top of one another. This makes it easy to build a small tower of several boxes or line them up side by side in a row.

What it's good for

• Storing cubes at home. Your main and backup 3x3s won't collect dust, which over time mixes with the lube and makes turning worse.
• Displaying your collection. The cubes are visible from every side, and a stack of boxes takes up less space on a shelf or desk than cubes standing separately.
• Carrying in a backpack. The hard walls protect your cube from knocks and scratches better than a fabric pouch, e.g. on your way to a competition or to school.
• A gift. A cube in a transparent box looks good straight away, with no extra wrapping needed.

Which cubes will fit?

The box is designed for standard 3x3 cubes, i.e. most speedcubes sized approx. 55-57 mm. Noticeably larger 3x3 cubes and bigger puzzles may not fit. If your cube has an unusual size, it's best to compare its dimensions with the box dimensions given below.
