QiYi 48-Block Colorful Magic Snake is a snake-type puzzle with no single "solved" state. The chain of 48 triangular segments twists and folds into all kinds of shapes, from a ball and animals to geometric figures and flat patterns. How a magic snake works

The segments are wedge-shaped and connected so that each joint rotates in steps between fixed positions. Each twist changes the layout of the whole chain, and that is how the shapes are formed. 48 segments instead of 24

A classic snake has 24 pieces. The 48-block version has a chain twice as long, so you can build bigger and more elaborate shapes that won't fit with the shorter version.
