The GuHong Pro+ is a refreshed version of the popular GuHong Pro, released by DaYan in 2025. The DaYan GuHong Pro+ Magnetic 56mm is the standard version, with classic springs and no MagLev. At 56 mm, it feels slightly larger in the hand than the 54 and 55 mm versions. It has magnets in the pieces, a magnetic core and a glossy surface in the stickerless bright colour scheme. For its price range, it offers plenty of adjustment options.

How it turns

The cube has the typical DaYan feel, which users describe as soft and slightly "papery". According to reviews, it is smooth and very fast, and corner cutting works well. Some even say it is too fast out of the box. It comes heavily lubed from the factory, so the first solves may feel different from how it turns after a few days of use. If you prefer a more controllable cube, you can tame it with a stronger corner-core magnet setting, tighter tensioning or a thicker lube. Reviewers also note that the center caps on the Pro+ stay in place more securely than on its predecessor.
